Domenic is also deeply committed to supporting NWC’s broker community, having introduced apprenticeship programs and online learning initiatives to foster growth and development. Notable achievements include a $21M rectification finance deal for a mining business, a $54M development site amalgamation, and one of the largest and fastest loan settlements in Australian history—a $90M settlement within 7 days. Joe’s dedication to building long-term client and partner relationships has been key to NWC’s success, ensuring high levels of service and reliable results.

In addition to NWC, Joe has co-developed Chifley Securities, a non-bank property finance lender, and Toria, a $2B high-performance property investment fund. His strong reputation and industry expertise have enabled NWC to establish strategic relationships with key broker aggregations, positioning the company as a leader in the private lending space.

Silvio has been a key figure at NWC Finance since its founding in 2004, where he initially led branding and marketing efforts. In 2014, he transitioned into a role focused on creating opportunities through connections, aligning NWC with strategic partners, and expanding its reach through innovative and outside-the-box initiatives.

In addition to his work at NWC, Silvio serves as the director of Toria, a $2B high-performance property investment fund. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and lending, his industry expertise and strategic insight have been instrumental in fostering partnerships and driving impactful collaboration.

Caterina holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resource Management and brings over 15 years of experience across diverse industries, including Legal, Risk Management, Finance, and Technology. She joined NWC in 2024 and, prior to that, held senior leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, Westpac, and SAI Global.

Caterina leverages her deep expertise in fostering transformational change to achieve revenue growth, drive operational excellence, and develop high-performing teams. Her strategic vision and leadership play a key role in contributing to NWC’s ongoing success and growth.

Glynn holds a Bachelor of Business and transitioned from hospitality to finance in 2011, joining NWC Finance. Excelling in the industry, he has built a network of over 7,000 brokers and strategic partnerships, solidifying his expertise in complex transactions.

He specializes in unlocking value in specialized assets, second mortgages, and securing higher Loan-to-Value Ratios (LVRs). Glynn serves clients across the NSW and QLD regions, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.

A standout achievement includes securing $4.66M within 24 hours to save a processing plant from receivership by leveraging specialized assets, goodwill, and cross-collateralization of personal assets. Known for his creative, solution-driven approach, Glynn delivers exceptional results when it matters most.

Ilija holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and Accounting and joined the NWC Finance Group in 2011 after gaining experience at a major bank. He specializes in complex transactions, particularly in commercial ventures and option finance, helping property investors finance 100% of land purchases by recognizing growth potential.

Ilija also focuses on servicing clients in NSW, tailoring solutions to meet each client’s unique needs. Notable achievements include settling a $60M site purchase within four days and securing NWC’s first $16M deal in New Zealand. Known for his trust, transparency, and clarity, Ilija delivers customized financial solutions with a client-first approach.

Joe joined NWC Finance in 2018 as a Credit Manager and was later promoted to Business Development Manager. Prior to NWC, he gained valuable experience in property management and banking with one of the major banks, developing expertise in financial products and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Specializing in Receivership/Liquidation and 2nd mortgage deals, Joe focuses on serving clients in the NSW and NZ regions. Notable achievements include settling $6.6M in just four days to prevent a client from being locked out of their factory and securing $15.5M in urgent funding for a key land acquisition under tight deadlines.

Known for his attention to detail, approachable style, and ability to build strong rapport, Joe ensures clients feel supported every step of the way.

Benjamin brings a diverse background in sales, operations, and relationship management, supported by certifications in finance and derivatives. His career spans various industries, including leading sales at a weather insurance company, where he worked closely with farmers and refined sales processes.

He also gained valuable experience in startups, focusing on scalable systems and creative problem-solving, and as a fleet account manager at Toyota, where he honed skills in supply chain management, negotiation, and mediation.

Benjamin’s extensive real estate expertise, covering both residential and commercial markets, complements his comprehensive skill set in delivering tailored financial solutions to clients.

Emily joined NWC in 2025 with a background in finance and a Master’s in Digital Marketing. She brings a strategic, solutions-focused mindset to shaping our brand narrative, developing high-impact collateral to deliver measurable, client-driven results.

Andrew joined NWC Finance in 2026 as a Senior Business Development Manager, bringing extensive experience in both bank and non-bank lending. Prior to NWC, he held senior roles across MA Money, Hejaz Financial Services, Bank of Melbourne, Ultradata, and Bankwest, developing expertise in commercial, residential, and Islamic finance, as well as relationship and business development strategies.

Specialising in time-sensitive commercial and residential lending, Andrew focuses on helping brokers and clients secure flexible funding solutions when traditional finance is too slow or rigid. Notable achievements include piloting a digital home loan operation that generated $20M in lending opportunities in three months and leading the transformation of an Islamic finance lending division, implementing compliance frameworks and marketing strategies to educate the Australian community.

Known for his strategic approach, collaborative style, and ability to build strong partnerships, Andrew ensures clients and brokers receive rapid, reliable, and tailored funding solutions.

Boban Jurisic joined NWC Finance in 2026, bringing significant executive experience across banking, non-bank lending and private credit, having held multiple C-suite and senior leadership roles within high-growth financial services businesses. He will play a key role in strengthening NWC Finance’s distribution capability and deepening support for brokers and advisers across Australia and New Zealand.

Boban’s most recent roles include CEO & Director of KB Executive Search, CEO of Property Avenue & Finance Better. Prior to that, Boban was CEO of Infinity Group, where he has led large-scale growth initiatives, built high-performing teams and driven strategic expansion across lending and recruitment platforms.

His broader executive career includes senior leadership positions at Finstreet, Yellow Brick Road, Rate Money and Pepper Money, where he was responsible for national distribution, broker engagement, and scaling lending operations.

Throughout his 22-year career, Boban has built and led high-performance sales organisations and partnered closely with brokers, funders and financial institutions to structure and deliver complex funding solutions in competitive markets.

Rosa holds an Associate Diploma in Marketing and Management and brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector. In 2005, she established her own brokerage firm, specializing in commercial and construction loans, before joining the NWC Finance team in 2011.

An integral part of the NWC team, Rosa plays a key role at both the executive and AML/CTF compliance level, while also supporting the sales and credit teams with client onboarding processes.

Known for her extensive industry knowledge, collaborative spirit, and approachable nature, Rosa is committed to helping NWC deliver exceptional outcomes for clients on both a corporate and customer level.

Originally from New Zealand, Thomas holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury and is an enrolled barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

He began his career in business development, rising to General Manager at Chanui, a New Zealand FMCG company. Thomas then transitioned to PwC’s Risk Assurance practice, specializing in internal audit, before moving into the banking sector. He held roles at Macquarie Group and Westpac as Assistant Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking.

Now a Senior Credit Analyst at NWC Finance, Thomas leverages his diverse expertise in law, business, and financial services to deliver a results-driven approach to helping clients achieve their lending needs.

Felicity joined NWC in 2019, with over a decade of expertise in client relations and administrative management. She plays a pivotal role in supporting the Business Development and AML team, always prioritising client needs.
