How does our short term lending process work?
At NWC Finance, we make the short-term lending process as fast, efficient and stress-free as possible for you or your client. Our finance consultants will assist you throughout the entire application process, so help is always readily available. Here’s how it works:
*Additional Info about Due Diligence
Whilst the valuation is being completed our due diligence is conducted to assess the transaction and ensure Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) compliance and policies are met. Further information that can be requested:
- 100 Points Certified ID for all guarantors
- Comprehensive Assets and Liabilities statement for all guarantors (assists us in building an understanding of the client’s overall strength and ability to manage their financial affairs)
- Copy of Council & Water rates for security properties
- Signed Authority Letter (allows NWC Finance to communicate with any first mortgage provider when requesting a Deed of Priority)
- Copy of Trust Deed if applicable
- Latest loan statement for the existing mortgagee
- Signed declaration stating the borrower’s purpose of funds and proposed exit strategy
- Accountants letter confirming the client’s ability to service loan facility

Minimum Term of 30 days – Maximum Term of 6 Months with roll-over – Interest can be capitalised within LVR guidelines – All Australian locations considered for 1st and 2nd mortgages and Plant and Equipment security
